Our Process
Consultation
We have a consultation call where we go over the unique aspects of your wedding/engagement. After we gather all that information we will send over a proposal with everything we talked about. Once you review the proposal and everything looks good we will then move to the next step.
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on our calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding media team!
Shooting + Delivery
It’s time to capture this special, fleeting season with beautiful video and photos! Your engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable with us and our cameras and practice taking video and photos together. Plus, you can use the video and photos for Save the Dates, wedding websites, and more!
During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings we’ll act as a personal guide, offering tips, tricks, and more. If you choose a collection with an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, and create a detailed shot list for the day of.
We will send you a few sneak peek video and photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full film will be delivered 1 – 2 weeks later. You can download and print them yourself, or we can create an heirloom-quality photo album for you. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
